The door

I painted some doors a while back! This is the one I kept. This one is in my foyer, but it's been a lot of places. I painted a similar one for a friend who gave it to his mom for her kitchen. She hung it above her cabinets! Let me know if you'd like one- I'm not sure how I'd ship it though. I will make the 10 hour trip from San Marcos to south Mississippi in November! We could drop it off!

Isbell's Crib

We recently got an Australian Shepherd puppy.  She is like our baby and I thought it would be cute if she got a crate makeover!  Here are the pictures!  I painted her a name canvas.  Then, I decided to make a divider since she doesn't need the whole crate just yet.  It will eventually be pushed to the back of the crate creating a doggy headboard!  I know it's over the top, but we're on summer break and what else do I have to do with my time!  Plus she really likes it and it looks cute in our kitchen!

Mahlon and Sara Beth's nursery

Mahlon and Sara Beth's nursery was quite an undertaking. I made the bumper pads and toy slings for both beds, the curtains, oversized floor pillows and painted the canvases in the room! It was all worth it through!

Emma's Nursery

For Emma's room we used pink and brown fabrics to enhance the Pottery Barn bedding.  I made pillows and a toy sling to match the crib bedding.  I also made Euro shams and pillows for the full sized bed in the nursery.  I made curtains for the windows and curtains for the closet.  I painted frames with her name for when she arrived.  My favorite thing in the room was the letters that I painted to go above the changing table!

Kendall's room

Here is Kendall's room.  I took her bedding and created 2 painted canvases that matched the animals on the quilt.  I also made a name plate with her name (we added date, weights, .... once she was born).  I also made a toy sling, pillows, a patchwork blanket and curtains to match the bedding!
